  • ALL embroidery orders must be placed via Simply Queen’s website at simplyqueen.net No exceptions.

  • If your order includes an image, Logo or anything outside of standard lettering and numbers, the artwork/image will incur a digitizing fee between $20.00 & $50.00.  Simply Queen will NOT absorb this cost. NOTE: Almost all orders have a digitizing fee unless, Simply Queen has advertised a design that is available at no additional cost.

  • Simply Queen will no longer embroider large images on T-Shirts. Pocket logo size image is the only option for T-Shirts.  No exceptions.
